This public offer governs the terms for purchasing an annual membership in the private Crave community through the website and/or the AllPay payment system.

By purchasing the membership, the user confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these terms, the community rules and the privacy policy.
1. Main definitions
Crave is a private membership community for adult members, built around the topics of creativity, embodiment, relationships, sensuality, self-expression and safe communication.
Membership means annual access to the private Crave space and the benefits connected to it.
Member means a person who has passed an interview / preliminary screening, paid for the membership and received access to the private Crave space.
Organizer means עזיזה מלך, Osek Patur, managing the Crave project.
2. What is included in the annual membershipThe annual Crave membership includes:
access to the private community chat;
discounts for offline Crave events;
early access to purchasing event tickets;
the opportunity to participate in selected events available only to community members;
access to materials, publications, discussions and activities inside the private space, if such materials and activities are provided by the Organizer.
The specific format, frequency, content of materials, schedule and list of bonuses may change during the membership period. The Organizer has the right to update the project format, provided that this does not cancel the essential nature of the membership.
3. What is not included in the membershipUnless explicitly stated otherwise on the page of a specific offer, the annual membership does not include:
tickets to offline events;
personal consultations;
photoshoots;
individual reviews;
individual feedback;
personal support;
third-party services;
any products or events that are separately marked as paid.
The membership provides access to the community and member benefits, but it is not an “all-inclusive” pass to all Crave products and events.
4. Membership termThe membership is provided for a period of 12 months from the date of payment.
Access is provided after successful payment and completion of the required internal procedures, including an interview / preliminary screening. Technically, access may be granted manually.
If the Member independently leaves the private chat, deletes their Telegram account, loses access to their account, or does not use the community for personal reasons, this is not considered grounds for a refund or for extending the membership period.
Transfer of access to third parties is prohibited.
5. Price and payment procedureThe cost of the annual membership is 200 ₪.
Payment is made through the AllPay payment system.
Payment may be made in one payment or in two payments, if such an option is available on the payment page.
Automatic membership renewal does not apply. At the end of the annual period, the Member may renew the membership separately, if such an option is available.
Since the Organizer is registered as an Osek Patur, VAT is not charged, unless otherwise required by applicable law in the future. If the Organizer’s tax status changes, the Organizer has the right to update the financial terms and documents in accordance with the law.
6. Interview and right to refuse accessJoining Crave is possible after an interview / preliminary screening.
The Organizer has the right to refuse access to the community before payment if it is determined that the participant does not meet the community rules, values or safety requirements.
This rule exists to protect members, maintain a safe environment and uphold the principles of active consent, respect for boundaries and non-discriminatory communication.
7. Cancellation of participation and refundsPayment for the annual membership is payment for access to a private membership community for 12 months.
After access has been granted, payment is generally non-refundable, except in cases where a refund is required under applicable Israeli law.
If the Member changes their mind about participating in the community, they may write to
craveisrael@gmail.com within 14 days from the date of payment. In this case, the amount of 200 ₪ may be kept as a deposit for future Crave events.
The deposit may be used only for Crave events, if such events are held and if tickets are available for them. The deposit is not a cash balance, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be transferred to another person unless otherwise agreed by the Organizer in writing.
If the Member stops participating for personal reasons after the membership has started, no partial refund for the unused period is provided, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
If the Organizer fully terminates the private Crave community before the end of the paid period and does not provide a reasonable alternative, the Member may be offered a proportional refund for the unused period.
8. Rules of conduct and removal from the communityThe Member is required to comply with the Crave community rules, event rules, principles of active consent, respect for personal boundaries and confidentiality of other members.
Grounds for removal from the community may include, but are not limited to:
harassment;
violation of consent;
discrimination;
aggressive or unsafe behavior;
violation of offline event rules;
publication or forwarding of private materials without permission;
distribution of screenshots, personal information or messages of other members;
spam, intrusive advertising or use of the community for commercial purposes without prior approval;
actions that the Organizer considers dangerous for the community or individual members.
If a Member is removed for violating the rules, the membership fee is not refunded, unless otherwise required by law.
The Organizer has the right to make moderation decisions in order to protect safety, privacy and the quality of the space.
9. Age restrictionCrave is intended only for persons over the age of 18.
By purchasing the membership, the Member confirms that they are at least 18 years old.
The Organizer has the right to refuse access or remove a Member if it becomes clear that they are under 18 years old.
10. Topics and professional disclaimerInside Crave, the following topics may be discussed: embodiment, relationships, feminism, sensuality, self-expression, photography, personal boundaries, communication and self-reflection.
Crave materials, discussions, assignments and events are educational, cultural, creative, informational and community-based in nature.
They do not constitute medical, psychological, psychotherapeutic, legal, financial or any other professional advice.
The Member independently makes decisions about their participation in discussions, practices, assignments and events. If the Member has medical, psychological, legal or other professional questions, they should consult an appropriate specialist.
11. CopyrightAll texts, videos, recordings, PDF files, lectures, methodological materials, assignments, visual materials, concepts and other materials published inside Crave are protected by copyright and belong to the Organizer or the relevant authors.
Members are prohibited from doing the following without the written permission of the Organizer:
copying materials for public distribution;
forwarding materials to third parties;
publishing materials publicly;
using materials for commercial purposes;
creating derivative products based on Crave materials;
publishing screenshots from the private space.
Access to materials is provided only for the Member’s personal use within the membership.
12. Confidentiality of membersThe Member undertakes to keep confidential the information received inside the private Crave space.
It is prohibited to publish, retell with identifying details, forward or otherwise disclose information about other members without their explicit consent.
This applies to names, photographs, Telegram usernames, personal stories, messages, screenshots, details of participation in events and any other information that may identify a person.
Violation of confidentiality may lead to immediate removal from the community without a refund.
13. Organizer’s liabilityThe Organizer is not responsible for the actions, statements, decisions or behavior of other members, but has the right to moderate the space, delete messages, restrict access and remove members who violate the rules.
The Organizer does not guarantee any specific personal, creative, social, emotional, professional or other result from participation in Crave.
The Organizer has the right to change the format, schedule, content of materials, participation rules, chat structure, bonuses and community mechanics, provided that such changes do not contradict the essential nature of the paid membership.
14. Communication with membersFor the purpose of registering the membership and communicating with members, the Organizer may collect the following data:
name;
email;
phone number;
Telegram username;
payment data necessary to confirm the payment;
information provided by the Member in the application form or interview.
The Organizer may use this data to provide access, communicate with the Member, send notifications, event invitations, organizational information and materials related to Crave.
Data processing is governed by a separate Privacy Policy.
15. Governing law and disputesThese terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
The parties undertake to first attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith email correspondence.
If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be considered by the competent court of Israel, unless otherwise provided by applicable law.
16. Acceptance of termsBy purchasing the membership, the user confirms that:
they are at least 18 years old;
they have read and accepted this public offer;
they accept the Crave community rules;
they accept the Privacy Policy;
they understand that the membership is personal and cannot be transferred to another person;
they understand the terms of cancellation, refunds and use of the deposit.
